Claim 2 — financial advice (£1,866) + planning consent (£1,500)
Submitted March 2026 but portal blocked due to forecasting issue and VAT error in Claim 1. Must resolve portal issue.
Claim 3 — JGM Construction invoices (Feb/Mar)
In draft. Blocked by same portal forecasting/VAT issue as Claim 2. Rachel confirmed remaining amount accrued and can accept claim when ready.
Final report via CARES portal summarising project status and evidence
Project end date was March 2026. Outstanding alongside claims.
